Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ScoreCookie ("Service"), operated by Claremont Inc. ("Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

The Service provides:

• SAT Reading & Writing and Math practice questions with performance analytics
• AP subject-specific question banks and review systems
• Practice test administration and scoring
• Wrong-answer review and AI-powered weakness analysis
• Vocabulary study tools

3. Account Registration

1. Users register via Google OAuth.
2. Each individual may maintain only one account. Account sharing is prohibited.
3. Information collected during registration is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Paid Services

1. The free plan is subject to daily usage limits.
2. Paid plans provide access for the duration of the subscription period from the date of payment.
3. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Restrictions on Use

The Company may restrict access to the Service in the following cases:

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of questions or explanations
• Actions that interfere with normal service operations
• Unauthorized use of another user's account
• Accessing the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.)

6. Intellectual Property

1. All content within the Service, including questions, explanations, and software, is the intellectual property of the Company.
2. Learning data generated by users during use of the Service (answer history, notes, etc.) remains the property of the user.

7. Disclaimer

1. The Service is provided as a study aid and does not guarantee examination results.
2. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or system failures.
3. The Company is not responsible for account information disclosure due to user negligence.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the court of jurisdiction.

9. Modifications to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms with at least 7 days' advance notice via the Service. Continued use after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
